Richard has successfully conducted trials and appeals in Alberta and Manitoba involving complex and catastrophic injuries.
Dana C. Neilson is a highly experienced trial lawyer with over 20 years experience handling personal injury claims throughout Alberta and British Columbia. Cary J. M. Rodin has 19 years experience gained from his work in private litigation practice and recently as Assistant Chief Crown Prosecutor.
