RODIN LAW FIRM is a recognized leader in personal injury litigation in Alberta. We are committed to delivering the highest level and quality of service to our clients.

Our personal injury practice includes serious injury and fatality claims arising out of motor vehicle accidents, aviation accidents, slips and falls, medical malpractice and all other manner of mishaps caused by the negligence of others.

At Rodin Law Firm, we are also committed to assisting community organizations whose purpose is to better the lives of seriously injured accident victims. We are supporters of the Canadian Paraplegic Association (CPA) and proud sponsors of the CPA's annual Red Carpet Affair. We also support the work of the Southern Alberta Brain Injury Society (SABIS).

Currently, Rodin Law Firm consists of three lawyers, three paralegals and three additional support staff. We are located near the Court of Queen's Bench, on the 23rd floor of the Scotia Centre Building. There is ample parking nearby and access for the disabled.

We believe that it is necessary to devote substantial human and financial resources to effectively further the interests of our clients. Our staff to client ratio enables us to provide a high level of personal service to our clients and to effectively and efficiently advance their claims. We do not hesitate to fund appropriate investigations including MRI scans and expert assessments for all types of physical and psychological injuries and financial losses and expenses that arise and can be anticipated.

Our lawyers and paralegals have extensive experience in personal injury litigation. Greg Rodin has been a trial lawyer in active practice for over 28 years and has practiced personal injury litigation almost exclusively for in excess of 20 years. Greg has had hundreds of trials and appeals and has settled thousands of claims for accident victims.

Richard McRae and Cary Rodin have in excess of 20 years of legal experience between them and have had extensive experience in litigation over the years.
